Confirmed - same issue here. I'm upgrading using the graphical update tool. Everything works fine, except for samba4. I'm 'ordered' to file a bug entitled: "package samba4 4.0.0~alpha15~git20110124.dfsg1-2ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: underprocess installerade post-installation-skript gav felkod 1".
