I have exact same module/package versions with Erdem, and reinstalling the package didn't help with anything.
The problem appears to be the letter uppercase dotted "I", which is a Turkish only character. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Turkish_characters So instead of DIALOG, the icon identifier has a 1 letter shifted name with DiALOG. The alphabet has two letter I in Turkish, first one is universal I and the following is I with dot above. Anyway, we need a manual way to fix this.
