Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I can't give you a screenshot, because you can't get one with the Super
key pressed, but in this case I hold the Super key, and notice that the
shortcuts visible are "s", "a", "f" and "t" only whereas 1,2,3,4 and 5
are not visible - and they do not work either. You have to hold Super
and click the icon to get the desired effect.

This happens randomly and so a minute later it works again.
