I can't tell if I have file sync disabled or not, as it hasn't worked for 
months, and the new control panel in natty doesn't even let me turn it on or 
off (it's greyed out).
CPU usage isn't particularly high, but whilst trying to kill 
ubuntuone-syncdaemon, I discovered it is constantly restarting itself - it is 
almost impossible to kill due to this, as it keeps getting assigned a new PID.

For the record, this is the error message displayed inside the Ubuntu One 
control panel, although it tends to vary slightly:
        File Sync error. (org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not 
receive a reply (timeout by message bus))
