While upgrading to feisty via the upgrade manager in gnome I received this 
error:

I deleted the files:
#sudo rm -rf /usr/bin/configlet-capplet /usr/sbin/configlets-druid 
/usr/share/configlet-frontends /usr/share/man/man1/configlet-capplet.1.gz 
/usr/share/man/man1/configlets-druid.1.gz 
/usr/share/lintian/overrides/configlet-frontends 
/usr/share/doc/configlet-frontends /usr/share/doc/configlet-frontends/copyright 
/usr/share/doc/configlet-frontends/changelog.gz /var/cache/configlet-frontends 
/etc/configlet.d /var/lib/dpkg/info/configlet-frontends.*

Seems fine now and I'm continuing with feisty upgrade.
