Charlie, from my perspective, no one was disrespectful. Even if humans, if someone messed up, that someone should be told about it. >From my point of view, that was it. And I still wished I hadn't upgraded. I've felt like this on the last 2 upgrades, this one included, only on the previous it was easy( and unrelated), just pull a natty package. Anyway, thank you for the time spent so far, and I hope this is a fast fix. This is the end of any comments not related to the specific ticket.
