I just booted 020637.0004 with my /etc/modprobe.d/atheros-
workaround.conf renamed to atheros-workaround.conf.disabled and the
wireless came up AND connected immediately.

I presume that's all I need to do to keep the modprobe parameter from
loading; I haven't been able to confirm that.
