Hi David,

I just wanted to make sure you (and anyone else affected by this bug)
were aware of a workaround - you can install the power kernel and mobile
hotspot (http://mobilehotspot.garage.maemo.org/), which lets you tether
over usb or (supposedly) wifi.  It's more finicky than the automatic
tethering (by finicky I mean a few extra steps required), but at least
it works until this bug is fixed.
