I see some warnings in the log:

W:Failed to fetch http://repository.spotify.com/dists/stable/Release Unable to
find expected entry 'non-free/source/Sources' in Release file (Wrong
sources.list entry or malformed file)
, W:Failed to fetch

, W:Failed to fetch

That looks like some repositories are not quite working correctly, could you
please uncomment them and try the "reinstall previous purchase" menu again?
Could you also please attach the log from right-after when you clicked
"reinstall-previous-purchase" please? So something like:
1 click on reinstal previous purchase
2 enter credentials (if needed)
3 check the packages that open then
4 close the application
5. attach logfile

Do you get any error message or anything like this in step 1 or 2?

And what do you see in step 3? Just a empty software-center application
list?

Thanks,
 Michael
