I believe the problem is with the configuration.
I have 2 ubuntus (2HDD) in my pc in one (ubuntu 10.10) is working the bluetooth 
in the other not (ubuntu 11.04), I am geting the following error" "Connection 
refused (111). how may I copy the configuration of the bluettoth that is 
working in the one that is not working? what files should I copy?. I have 
already posted in  http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1743353 or this one

 please help me.
I believe is a question of configuration. one of the ubuntu is fresh install 
the other is upgrade. I think the problem is with the upgrade.

Here is the output of syslog in the ubuntu with the dongle working-
