I use Alt-D to get to the address bar, and whenever there's any kind of
video or flash e.g. a Youtube video but sometimes less obvious things
anywhere on the page it doesn't work. I just checked and Alt-D works in
IE9 even when there is a Youtube video actually playing. Any chance of
getting this fixed? I have Firefox 4.0.1 with Windows XP Home.

I find it difficult to believe that this is a manifestation of a 10-year
old bug. I'm not sure I've noticed the other problems. For some reason
or other (maybe Firefox-related, I can't remember) I've been using
CTRL-W instead of CTRL-F4 recently, but some programs don't have CTRL-W,
so I would like to be able to go back to CTRL-F4.
