This was not present in 10.04, I believe I was still using Firefox 3.5 (whichever was normal, I did not manually install Firefox 4.0). I did a fresh install of 11.04, with a completely new partition table. I am using the CACKey (libcackey.so) downloaded from software.forge.mil. The original 'libcoolkeypk11.so' doesn't work with newer 144K government ID cards; when I tired to use it, firefox crashed when I inserted the card.
