Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Assuming default icon placements in the Launcher, attempted mouse-overs
of the above mentioned UI elements in Firefox will reliably bring up the
Launcher and execute the home folder in Nautilus or the Trash bin.

For me, it takes a conscious effort to avoid this and even then, it
still happens 90% of the time.

This occurs because mousing over Back or Close Find takes a fair amount
of deceleration in an area where the outer limits of the button meet the
screen edge where mousing over would bring up the Launcher.

Of course, this can be avoided by using the keyboard (Alt+Left, Ctrl+F
and then Esc, etc), but it's not a workable solution since it is not
user apparent.
