Same bug for me. It is a fresh installation of 11.04 on a macbook pro. The problem was not there in the beginning, but this morning nautilus crashed suddenly heavy and i had to force shutdown (the hw-way...) the machine. Since then I struggle with the same problem. This is really annoying since as long as the entry is in the global menu the keyboard is disabled. For example I cannot close an application and then switch to another desktop with my keyboard shortcuts. This is most annoying when using Guake. Every time Guake hides, it stays in the menu and blocks the keyboard. I will try I have the same results with a fresh user.
