Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-settings

Since upgrade to 11.04 I can't influence the speed of the mouse in xubuntu with
the settings interface (SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad)
Also I can not change the value by which a drag and drop action is started. The
typical doubleclick can be changed, but click-twice-hold action to start a
dragging action remains at a standard value.
