This bug nearly killed me! I was using my system like normal, then suddenly everything froze. I wouldn't thought everything crashed except the mouse did move... Barely.
It took me 1 minute to switch to a TTY, 5 minutes just to login on it, and 10 minutes total to try doing stuff. Things were so slow even BUSIER didn't work. On the TTY I started top to find out the problem, and it was kded4 at 100%! This was awful.
