The Ubuntu Documentation team has moved the serverguide out of the
ubuntu-docs source, it is now under the serverguide project. Moving
this bug accordingly.
Wennie, I am keeping you assigned to this bug since you have posted some
options for us. Thank you for your work, I hope we can integrate one of
these. I think we need to figure out how to actually insert it into the
document during the pdf creation process.
