Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub-installer

Installed Ubuntu server 11.04 amd64 on an Intel D510MO with Uefi enabled
on a 2TB harddisk, no boot.

The installer installs grub-pc in the last stage of the installation.
Because the disc is to big for regular boot it will be unbootable even
after disabling UEFI.

Are there suggested work arounds or parameters I can give te installer
to force installation of grub-EFI?

disc layout:
/dev/sda
1 mb grub
1,98 TB / btrfs
2 GB swap
