It looks that I have a similar issue in natty:  Bug 775014      Only
partial unmounting during shutdown.

That "partial" unmounting is not correct: checking in dmesg I saw that
any filesystem fails to unmount. Since I updated to Ubuntu 11-04 after
the patches were applied, I wonder whether there was a patch reversal.
