Hi ! I can confirm this ... exactly the same bug on a Samsung P40 notebook. The "sound UP" and "sound DOWN" buttons have no effect and when I reach the 0 level I stick there. My configuration is 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW (ICH6 Family) AC'97 Audio Controller soundcard, Feisty (final), AlsaMixer v1.0.13, latest update on 22th april.
