to remove the fullscreen setting, you have to either - run gmusicbrowser outside of unity, select the layout that is saved in fullscreen mode, un-fullscreen (F11), and save. - or remove the line "fullscreen: 1" in ~/.config/gmusicbrowser/gmbrc there may be more than one line like this, removing all of them should be fine.
