Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I may be wrong that it's unity-bug, but it seems to me, that it's unity-
or GTK-bug.

0. Send some link to someone in messenger (for example in skype)
1. Run your default browser and maximize it (for example chromium) [! It should
be configured as the default browser in your system]
2. Minimize browser to unity panel
3. Run gedit and maximize it
4. Minimize gedit to unity panel
5. Go to skype and click the link
6. You should see the effect as in attach image (strange space at the top of
browser window).

This happens not only with chromium. Set some another browser as default and
you see so effect too.
More than that, I see so bug not only for browser... I see that in another
applications. but I was able to repeat it (with so strange way) only with help
of skype, gedit and chromium :-D
