Hi Alden,

Yes, I had seen your posts, and I had tried a couple of times within a day
or so of doing the upgrade, un-installing and re-installing to no avail,
but, after the last post from the help desk, I ran another update in
Synaptic, then used a command line install (Only because they wanted to see
the output), which worked OK, no errors, I'm guessing one of the updates had
fixed the issue!  I haven't had chance to test it by actually connecting a
windows machine to the samba mount, but, it did install without error!!
