HCI error: argument required

I've just compiled the module with that patch and have no idea, why it
fails for you.

$ make
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.38-8-generic/build M=/tmp/toshacpi modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.38-8-generic'
  Building modules, stage 2.
  MODPOST 1 modules
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.38-8-generic'

Did you reboot after replacing the binary module?
