Interestingly thought, I switched recently from a 7600 GS AGP and an AGP mainboard over to a Geforce GT 430 PCI-E and a PCI-E mainboard, and now I can play videos (even 1080i) in fullscreen and in a maximized window without problems and no crashes at all. Is this problem maybe related to the nvidia-current driver and older (but not that old) by this driver supported graphics cards?
