I found another way that forces this bug. The de_ bug is fixed and the
previous steps for reproducing doesn't work anymore. But there is
another way for reproducing:
1. Select "English"
2. Press F4 and choose "Install a commandline-system"
3. Press F6 and choose "Expert mode"
4. Choose "Install Ubuntu"
5. Select "Load installer components from CD" and finish this step
6. Select "Choose language"
7. Choose "German" or any other language and finish this step with the default
values
8. The main menu is still in english
