Installing Feisty Fawn from alternate DVD iso fails with console-setup
configure error.
I tried to install into existing LVM setup (being aware of Bug #105623 and the
workaround), but install always fails with console-setup initscript failing to
complete cleanly.
What log files should I attach from the install process?
