Thanks Marcel. I got how to reproduce the problem. The problem is caused by 
assistive technologies.
Assistive technologies perference ---> Mouse accessibility ---> General ---->  
Locate Pointer ---> tick the option of "show position of pointer when the 
control key is pressed"

The problem is gone if the option is de-selected.
