This month I upgraded from 9.10 to 10.04 'cause support was ending 'n' stuff. OpenOffice.org now crashes without fail after hibernation when I try and edit stuff (just like ignoble wrote on 2011-01-07). I can close all open documents first, without a problem and then reopen them. But that would defeat the purpose of hibernation.
After the crash, a file with a name similar to "hs_err_pid1826.log" (attached) is created in my home directory. That file seems to indicate that it is a Java problem. I am running the most up to date version of everything available for 10.04 ** Attachment added: "File created after crash." https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/507061/+attachment/2134359/+files/hs_err_pid1826.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/507061 Title: Open office crash after hibernate -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
