There is an article in Citrix knowledge center about this problem. Their workaround is to install natty's backported kernel, which is based on 2.6.38. I've tested it on 5.6FP1 with 64bit Lucid guest, and works fine, every migration completed successfully. However it would be nice if the official lucid kernel could do the same.
