Apologies for the delay.  Attached as requested.

More info though:

Done a few updates of packages since the upgrade.  Most times, there is
a 'fail' at some point - that means that KPackageKit has to abort/close
down or whatever.  Nevertheless, all packages "seem" to install -
because there are no remaining packages to install when I re-load the
package list.

Happened three times now.
