Thank you.

> Can it happen that there is something with the drivers - especially
video card drivers? My notebook Asus k42Jc
(http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=X28AZHx9Ipwkrso8) have 2 graphic
cards. One is onboard(integrated) and pci. May be there is a conflict
for Natty Narwhal and I have to disable the onboard graphic card? How to
do it in Ubuntu?

Please honor the 1 issue per bug guideline. If you want answers to these
questions it would make more sense to ask them in the support tracker at
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu or via IRC support channels:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/ChannelList

Regarding your system crash, please follow the instructions and attach the
required documentation noted in:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DebuggingSystemCrash

After this is done, please try a non-PAE kernel to test this issue for a
workaround.
