It appears that your volume is muted/turned down. Please try adjusting
it using the volume control found in the top right corner of the screen.
Click the speaker icon, and move the volume slider to suit your
preferred volume level. If you cannot control the volume slider, click
on "Unmute", then try to re-adjust the sound volume again.
