I see your system has 2 sound cards, however Ubuntu is only recognising
one of them. Which card do you have your speakers connected to?

Secondly, it appears that the card that is recognised is turned down.
Plesae click on the speaker icon at top right of your screen, and make
sure the sound volume si set to a satisfactory level. If you cannot
control the volume control, clikc Unmute, and then attempt to adjust the
sound level again.

In addition, I would like you to follow the instructions at the
following URL, so we can get a bit more information about your hardware.
