To expand upon Alexi's comment: Since the Launcher doesn't group the RDP windows for Remmina with the main Remmina launcher window, it isn't obvious how to get to those windows if they are minimized or otherwise hidden by other windows. If you lose track of the Remmina RDP windows, you can get to them by using the alt-tab Task Switcher. It's kind of a pain, since the alt-tab Task Switcher just shows a "default" window icon for minimized Remmina windows, so if you have yours grouped into several windows like I do (dev/test/prod groupings) then it's trial and error until you find the right one.
I think that 2 things need to be done, the right-click launcher interaction described above, as well as making sure that the Launcher and Task Switcher all see the separate RDP windows as Remmina windows so they can be grouped properly.
