I had a quick look through the Ubuntu translations for zh_CN.  It looks
like an Ubuntu-specific change has been made so I will close the
upstream report.

Google Translate tells me that "粘贴"="Paste", so from my perspective as a
non-Chinese speaker, I think I can see what has happened here!

@atomPM - Please could you let us know where you installed your copy of
Inkscape from?  Did you report this bug from a different computer?

Title:
  inkscape main menu item name in Chinese translation errors. "path"
  menu is translated as "粘贴".  should be "路径"
