Thanks for the link, That PPA did fix the issue.
As mentioned by others in the thread, dmraid and libdmraid both needed to be upgraded. Also, after the upgrade, I had to manually run dmraid -ay before i could mount the volume, even though the output of dmraid -ay said that both raid sets were already active. Should I post these comments somewhere else too? If i can provide any more help, please let me know.
