Oier: It would be helpful if you could run the following command on a terminal, this will collect dependency information for python-gobject and attach it to this bug:
apport-collect -p python-gobject 784622 That information might ease diagnosing your problem. I recognize that keeping a system in a broken state is probably burdensome for you. Thus, if reinstalling is an option for you, I'm sure that doing a fresh Ubuntu 11.04 install will result in a fully-working system, and you could certainly go that route. That being said, we really appreciate you taking the time to report the bug and work with us to perform diagnostics, so if you would like to see where this investigation leads, and can spare a little more time with a broken system, we would be grateful.
