Very trivial patch. The top menu Alt+* shortcuts will be altered and
perhaps be less intuitive. However, the Alt+A and Alt+E shortcuts will
be working, and those are the ones people use frequently.
My suggestion from the previous post (using CTRL+A to create a new
entry) wasn't really mature because you normaly need that one to "Select
all".
