It has to do with the users creation. 
First time I've select for installation the three OpenERP packages (server, 
client and web).
Client and web installed fine, and server failed.

Then I've uninstalled client and web, delete the openerp-web user (my
guess is this was the problem) and try to install only the server. This
time worked fine.

form dpkg log:
Setting up openerp-server (5.0.14-1) ...
Open ERP user (openerp) already exists, doing nothing.
chown: invalid user: `openerp:adm'
dpkg: error processing openerp-server (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
