Oh, my mistake. 
I had an old /etc/default/varnish Version from lucid without START="Yes".
By checking the Startscript, i thought the Problem was also in 
/etc/init.d/varnish.

       Status: New => Invalid

** Changed in: varnish (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
