Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
I have been installing/uninstalling a few things, and bind9 keeps stopping dpkg from finishing. Did it several times, with aptitude, apt- get, and update manager (happened to have a couple of updates ready). All halted at "invoke-rc.d: initscript bind9, action "start" failed."
