I am having the same problem, using the latest drivers from realtek
rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0019.1207.2010

My machine is a Thinkpad Edge 15

OS: Ubuntu 11.04 x86_64

I will try the latest mainline kernel from ppa, and see if I see the
same problems
