Thunar lags is not releted to the number of opening. It seems to me that is related just to time instead: in the first 30-50 sec. Thunar lags on first, second, third, fourth,.. ..opening. After some time Thunar starts to open instantly as usual. IMHO this bug is an high-importance one.
