Public bug reported: As I upgraded to 2.6.39-0 kernel, bluetooth audio (via a2dp) stopped working properly. It was working fine in 2.6.38-8.
My headphones are detected and configured by pulse, but the audio skips as if it's spending half of each second paused. Music is buffered so that after I click stop on audioplayer (or other sound source) the audio continues until it's caught up. It seems, that single solution is go back on 2.6.38-8 for now. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Assignee: Evgeniy Dyakonov (xevyk82) Status: New ** Tags: 2.6.39 bluetooth freeze headphones kernel sound ** Changed in: ubuntu Assignee: (unassigned) => Evgeniy Dyakonov (xevyk82) ** Tags added: 2.6.39 bluetooth freeze headphones kernel sound -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/791972 Title: Sound freezes with bluetooth headset after updating on 2.6.39 kernel -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
