The version in the docky ppa is 0.6-1, which is the 1st debian/ubuntu package of mono-addins 0.6. The bug is fixed in mono-addins 0.6.1, which will have a debian/ubuntu version like 0.6.1-1.
Attached is a patch that will fix the bug if you are happy recompiling yourself.
