Public bug reported:

Phenomenon I've seen: 
- Update failed saying there's an error in Mozc
- Upon its booting, Synaptic Package Manager says a module is broken which is 
Mozc

Actions I took before I started to see the phenom:
- On Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook edition, I installed Mozc from 3rd party repository
- Updated Ubuntu to 11.04 (via 10.10 at first as required)
