I filed a bug on rhythmbox on bugzilla as well (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=432886), and according to James "Doc" Livingston, this is a bug in gst-plugins-good (see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=407057) which has already been solved in cvs.
