I have the same problem and it still exists. It can be solved by purging the flashplugin-* directories and reinstalling flash by either using the "additional packages available" dialogue when opening reqonk, or using apt-get.
Running updated Kubuntu 11.04_64 KDE 4.6.3. Would be nice to get this problem solved. Makes updating your system using KPackageKit for newbies VERY annoying.
