Hi assaf, thanks again for testing. A 32-bit kerne build has shown up: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.0-rc2-oneiric/ If you have the time you could install it on your natty system and check whether it fixes the rt2800usb power save bug.
